I am an Xplornet customer and have people to refer, what do I do?
All you need to do is get basic information for each referral, like name, address, postal code, phone number and you can call that information directly to InterPC at 1-877-331-6161, email the information to email@example.com or click the Refer link at the top of any page on the www.interpc.ca website. That link will have short form for you to fill out. Submitting your referral to InterPC prior to that person contacting InterPC or Xplornet will ensure that we would tie you to that referral and be eligible for a referral credit.
If I refer a friend, when will I see the Refer a Friend credit on my account?
You will see the credit after 30 days of your friend’s installation date. The reason why we process the credit 30 days upon installation is because we offer a 30 day Money Back guarantee. So, if your friend is active for 31+ days, Xplornet will process the credit on your account. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing.
Is there any limit to the amount of friends I can refer?
No! You can refer as many friends as you like, as long as they don’t include Marketing & Sales employees of Xplornet Communications Inc, installers or dealers of Xplornet or InterPC services, or family members of any Marketing & Sales employees, installers or dealers of Xplornet or InterPC services.
How long will the $50 Refer a Friend promotion be in effect?
The $50 Refer a Friend promotion is in effect until July 30th, 2014. If you refer a friend on or after August 1st, 2014, you will be eligible for normal $25/referral you submit.
I referred a friend but I did not receive a credit on my account. Why is that?
If you submitted the referral after your Friend contacted Xplornet or a dealer to sign up, you may not eligible for the referral credit. Referrals cannot include Marketing & Sales employees of Xplornet Communications Inc, installers or dealers of Xplornet or InterPC services, or family members of any Marketing & Sales employees, installers or dealers of Xplornet or InterPC services. You must provide the referred person’s name, address and telephone number to InterPC prior to the referred person’s initial contact with Xplornet and/or InterPC to request to sign up as an Xplornet customer. Also, the person you refer (the “referred person”) must not be an existing Xplornet customer. If these instances don’t apply, please contact Customer Care at 1.866.841.6001 to inquire further.
