- Auto cutoff after 30 minutes of inactivity
- Accounts that are prepaid at least three months in advance or block accounts 100
hours and larger qualify for applicable 5 Mb web space for a home page, with one counter and 500 MB traffic limit.
- All accounts are subject to our TOS agreement.
More Information:
- One time sign-up fee includes ID, password creation and physical connections at Inter-PC.
Subscriber is responsible for computer, software and phone lines at subscriber site.
(this fee is waived if 6 months is pre-paid).
- Package changes require at least two week notice and will take effect start of the following month.
- Monthy dialup accounts are billed in three month intervals and due the 15 days prior to the ending date of service.
- Cancellation of residential accounts requires 30 days notice, business account require 60 days written notice.
- A $5 late fee and a monthly late fee of 1.25% per month (15% per annum) will be charged on all overdue monthly accounts.
- Extra hours will be billed the 1st day of the following month and are due the 15th day of the month billed.
- Each monthly subscription package is for a minimum of 3 months, 6 months minimum for dedicated access.
- Additional storage space can be purchase in 5 Mb increments at $5 per month.
- Rates and charges are subject to change.
- All rates and charges do not include G.S.T.
- A service charge of $35 will be levied for any NSF cheque.
Mail Relay Service
A $250 administration fee and $10.00
per recipient (Canadian dollars) will be levied upon any organization or individulal using
Inter-PC as a mail relay service. This is a warning to you people who attempt
to send spam (unsolicited emails) through our service. Any Inter-PC subscribers that sends spam through our system
may be terminated without notice Please review our TOS agreement for details.

Inter-PC sells some hardware and will perform general service on your computer. If you are going to purchase a computer, insist that the type of modem you get is NOT a win-modem or soft-modem. If your computer person doesn't know what that is or tries to tell you those types of modems are OK, find another computer dealer to purchase your computer from.
Win-modems are cheap low-cost version of standard modems that share some of your computer resources. Because of this technique, internet access can be disrupted with a variety of problems including; in-consistent authentication, dramatic pauses whenever, slow connections and general poor performance.
