- There are no refunds on any materials or labour from an Enhanced Installation.

- Xplore high-speed Internet service includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a refund of all amounts paid to Xplore if you cancel your subscription within 30 days of activation.
